| VUECV Leader in Entertainment-Cedar Falls-Waterloo-Dubuque - Grout Museum District Accepting Parade Entries | The new wing of the Grout Museum in Waterloo, Iowa, The Sullivan Brother's Iowa Veterans Museum will open on November 15,2008. Karen Ross Epp's brother, SP4 Stanley D. Ross, will be featured and represent the Vietnam section of the museum. Ross's book, With Love Stan: A Soldier's Letters From Vietnam To The World, caught the attention of museum currator Robert Neymeyer. Neymeyer asked for and got permission from Karen and her family to use Stan and his story of the musuems exhibit. Artifacts (letters, photos,and other items) of Stans were donated by the family for this exhibit. The musuem will highlight Iowa veterans who have served in wars from the Civil War through the current conflict in Iraq. Karen Ross Epp's book will be available at the museum book and gift store. | ||
