Added by: fickies2894A beautiful military powder horn, dated 1777, owned by my ancestral uncle. It is inscribed:
"Captain Nathaniel Comstock,his horn,
powder with my brother Ball,
hero-like doth conquer all."
There is also a Mermaid with a wine glass in one hand and a bottle in the other.
