he Rhoads family came from Philadelphia. My husbands grandfather ran a news agency in Chester, Penna. His name was Hilbert Rhoads. I have found several articles about his family in the Delaware County Daily Times(Chester Times) but not a whole lot on the rest of the family.Hilbert had a brother William who was the father of Ethel, who was the mother of June who was Jack's mother.Jack's family was certainly strange. Hilbert and William's father was Alfred. His family lived in Eddystone, Pa. He was also in the newspaper business, but when he died he left it to Hilbert.
