The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America

S

overeignty and Rights of the People are declared. Any form of Gov't instituted by the Sovereign Citizens of the several States is based upon this declaration's clear statement that such forms of Gov't instituted by the Sovereign Citizens derive their just powers from the consent of the governed. It also clearly declares when any form of Gov't becomes destructive towards Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness...which are among, and not limited to, the unalienable Rights endowed by our Creator...that it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute a new form of Gov't. There is no provision, nor can it be construed or interpreted, where this declaration allow any form of Gov't to exercise authority over the Sovereign Citizens. Neither is the Gov't able to alter the People's form of Gov't. Only the People...the Sovereign Citizens...may alter, or abolish, our form of Gov't. And the Gov't can not stop the Sovereign Citizens from exercising this Right.
