Ronald S. Huey was a retired U.S. Air Force Brig. General.  Instrumental  in the construction and operation of the Wright B. Flyer Hanger and getting the Ohio license plate changed to the "Birthplace of Aviation".   While stationed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Ohio as equipment officer, he tested the life support mask which had caused deaths, and found the mask was faulty and  the open valve in the mask allowed oxygen to rush out at high altitudes.  Equipment was recalled and updated with a check valve.  Because of Ronald's determination lives were saved.
