In honor and memory of Wyatt B. Goad.

The Pictures and Records section contains a compiling of gathered information and records in honor of Wyatt B. Goad, 1 of approximately 140+ Goads that have been compiled that served in the Civil War. The intent was to create a lineage of all the Goads in the Civil War and then establish those battles they may have fought against each other. Five years later it blossomed into 1375+ pages and continues to grow as more information is located. The Memorial Page was a perfect way to share the information gathered with descendants of Wyatt B. Goad and to honor that soldier.

Note: Discharged May 24-25, 1865. Per the G.A.R. muster rolls, he was discharged for disease (Small Pox)
