Fine friend and fellow Rotary member Alvin Dlv Lacambacal of Manila has placed a bouquet at my brothers (2nd Lt. Richard Louis Hancock-Pilot P-38, Killed Action January 16, 1944 over New Guinea) On Memorial Day every year since Alvin visited the Dallas Rotary club seven years ago. Every year the honor is returned at the grave of Alvin's dear friend Michael Spradling at the DFW National Cemetery. We both have the wonderful peace of knowing that we will pray above one of those two graves with reverent gratefulness for the life's of these two who now abide with God.
