A teenage crush!

Norm was my boyfriend for a while when I was 17. He was out of school and was 4 years older than me. So my parents did not approve. My dad said he was a cowboy much to old for me. Well we saw each other for a while and then when he went in the army we corresponded for a while through my best friend. After he was killed and his mother got his belongings. She sent me a very heartbreaking but very loving letter. She had found my picture and my friends address in his wallet. I'll never forget how sad I was the day I read her letter. She said the only way she could tell it was Norm was by his hands and feet. She also wrote about what a good son he was. I made sure my mom and dad read the letter and they finally admitted they might have been wrong about him. RIP Norm. I love you still 51 years later.
