Lt Dan "Ruff Stuff" McDuff was a B-25 Combat Pilot with the 321st Bomb Group, 447th Bomb Squad and flew over the Atlantic in the [now famous] Knapp-Flight Over (the Atlantic)
Referred to as the HOP, in a single mass with out loss of a single ship, the Southern Route.
Lt McDuff's B-25 was named "Ruff Stuff" and he was generally referred to as "Ruff Stuff McDuff".... He flew 50 Combat Missions and left for the ZI from Italy.
