After bombing the target, the aircraft on this mission named continued a short ways, made a sharp break, and then the two aircraft in the 2nd box collided with each other, causing one a/c to lose control immediately and fell to the ground in a spin. The other aircraft, piloted by Lt. Oliver did a half spin which caused his aircraft to be flying under the formation headed the other way, toward the valley below. Only two parachutes were seen to open in the area.
