nthony White Hutchins (1811-1887) was the second husband of Mary Blaine Chamberlain (1822-1908), the daughter of Oakland College president Rev. Jeremiah Chamberlain, D.D. (1794-1851) and his first wife, Rebecca Blaine (1792-1836). After leaving MS, the couple lived for many years in Lexington, MO, before moving to Ft. Worth, TX. Children: Jere Chamberlain; Jas. Blaine; Samuel Newman; Joseph Bowmar; Linton Carson; Ellen Hyland (Dixie); Washington; Wm. Markham; Carradine Chase; and Anna Collet.
