Harry Bowman, a Word War veteran, died at Saranac Lake December 4, after a lingering illness of several years. He was 36 years old and had been at Saranac Lake for two years in an effort to regain his health. He enlisted in 1917 and served overseas for two years. He had been in ill health since his return to this country at the end of the war. Surviving Mr. Bowman are his wife, his father Charles, three sisters, Winifred, Nellie and Lena, and three brothers, John, Frank and Cornelius.
