B-29 Fuselage damage

Looks like runnaway prop damage there is no propeller on the engine. The fuselage is pressurised and once its damaged it blows out

    is it just me ,but it looks like it blew out from the inside out,.that a big hole...

    The B-29 was a pressurized cabin, this could be the explanation for this.
