Complete: 100%Herbert's Battalion, Arizona Cavalry, formed in 1862, is the only Confederate organization raised in the Territory of Arizona. It disbanded in May 1863, and the men served in organizations from the State of Texas, These records contain card abstracts of entries relating to each soldier as found in original muster rolls, returns, rosters, payrolls, appointment books, hospital registers, Union prison registers and rolls, parole rolls, and inspection reports.
