Born and raised in Southeast MI, I am a graduate of Davenport University (Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing – Advertising & Promotion Specialty). I am currently a graduate student at Walsh College in Troy, MI (Master of Science in Marketing). I was motivated to volunteer to research and write stories of the fallen (WWII) after seeing a news report about Stories Behind the Stars. My grandfather, uncle, and great uncle have all served our country. I grew up hearing about their time at war and in service, very humbling. Thank you, all the men and women, who selflessly serve our great country, and protect our freedoms.
