He is my grandfather on my father's side. He was in who's who in American Art and Studied with The Artist League of New York City, studied with artist's William Chase and Robert Henri. He taught at the Hollywood Art Center School. He was known for his work in Southern California Post Impressionist Landscapes and Seascapes and CityScapes. He also painted Aztec and Mayan Revival Art Paintings and worked with Dr. Hewitt at the San Diego Museum of Man in the early 1900's.
