Garth Spencer, WWII US Navy (Ordanceman)

Kansas City, Missouri

From Jerry Spencer;  "Uncle Garth"

Garth H Spencer;   Garth died January 5, 1995. Buried in Rest Haven Memorial Park in Russellville, Arkansas. I have been in contact with the USNAS Ottumwa, Iowa. The only records they have is from a reunion in 1995. I noticed that he was stationed with Headquarters five one and discovered that is the unit George Bush was with in WWII. Interesting.

Garth entered the Service at Kansas City, MO. on 15 April, 1943 into the US NAVY.  He was born in Jamica, Iowa on 25 Nov. 1923 and was trained as an Aviation Ordanceman, Norman, OK.
