Clayton C. Nelson

Clayton C. Nelson, 69, of Red Hook died unexpectedly June 16 of a heart seizure suffered in the office of a physician in Hudson. Mr. Nelson had been receiving treatment for a heart ailment for some time.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Genevieve Wildey Nelson; a son, Donald Nelson, Red Hook; two sisters, Mrs. Robert Culbert, Lakeland, Fla., and Mrs. John A. Howe, this city; a grandson, Donald Clayton Nelson, Red Hook; a nephew, Francis Nelson, Columbus, N. J., and three grandnephews and cousins.

Funeral services were conducted at the Hand Funeral home, Red Hook, at 2 o'clock, Monday. The Rev. Russell E. Sargent officiated. Burial was in St. Paul's Lutheran cemetery Red Hook.
