I went through Boot Camp with Sullivan -- Platoon 2093, PI, Graduated 18 Nov. 1966.
Thank you Marine for your faithful devotion to this great nation and to our Corps.
Standing here in front of the Wall
silently reading your name
solemnly I thank you one and all
Each of you different, yet the same
The list seems forever endless
but I remember your faces
you made the supreme sacrifice, I confess
as I walk slowly with measured paces
Each one of you answered the call
willingly or not, you gave your lives
Rest easy, my Brothers - heroes all
The Nation still survives
"War drew us from our homeland
In the sunlit springtime of our youth.
Those who did not come back alive remain
in perpetual springtime -- forever young --
And a part of them is with us always."

God Bless You
Tribute from Robert Chiominto
The Lord said " blessed is he who lays down his life for his friends". You saved many of your brother marines that day. You found the trip wire to the bomb and gave your life fighting to keep it from causing injuries and death to your brother marines. We your brothers of Kilo Company 3/9 are eternally in your debt. You were a friend, brother and a true marine. We laughed together, fought together and I am sure we will meet again. Thinking of you brings sadness but when we meet again I am sure that will turn to joy. God bless you and keep you. Bob Chiominto.
