Lewistown - Services for Mrs. Julia A. Weirauch will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Henry Memorial Home with the Rev. Paul Hawf officiating.
A former Lewistown resident, Mrs. Weirauch, 89, lived in Springfield, Ohio. She died Friday morning at the Community Hospital there.
Born Aug. 6, 1892, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of David J. and Gertrude (Dennis) Hughes. She married Clarence Weirauch May 8, 1913, in Lewistown. He died on April 26, 1953.
Others preceding her in death were two grandchildren, a great-grandson, seven brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by two sons, John and Robert, both of Lewistown; two daughters, Mrs. Francis (Clara) Long of Clearwater, Fla., and Mrs. Harry (Jean) Powell of Springfield, Ohio; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one brother, Clyde E. Hughes of Cape Coral, Fla.
In 1922, she and her husband founded Weirauch Florists in Lewistown. She was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Springfield, and the Bishop Post No. 1 American Legion Auxiliary in Lewistown.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at the memorial home.
Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
