CUBA, IL – Steven J. "Weiner" Dugan, 52, of Cuba, died at 8:34 p.m. Friday March 11, 2011 at Heartland Health Care Center in Canton, Illinois.

He was born on January 31, 1959 in Canton to Alfred and Norma (Varner) Dugan. He married Linda Miller in Smithfield on November 7, 1987. She survives.

Other survivors include six children Crissy (John) Vigna of Ellisville, Russell (Diane) Parsons of Smithfield, James (Pollie) Adams of Smithfield, Cher (Kevin) Adams of Pekin, Ben (Carissa) Adams of Peoria and Carissa (Bobby) Schnarr of Cuba, 19 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, brother Ben Dugan of Iowa, two sisters Margaret (Larry) Dugan of Lewistown and Eva (Terry) Sturgill of Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother Norma Ball, brother Dennis Dugan and grandson Jordon Parsons.

Steven was a U.S. Army veteran and worked as a truck driver, he enjoyed camping and fishing with family and friends. He was a member of the redneck fishing club.

Burial with military honors will be at Wiley Cemetery in rural Ellisville.
