"I Robert Telfer having been the guardian of Jane Motta a free person of Color for several years previous to her death and now being appointed Administrator of her estate, and having a full Knowledge of her affairs, do certify that all the propety She died possessed of is a lot of land on the north side of Boundary Street in the city of Charleston in Wraggborough measuring in front on Boundary Street 50 feet more or less and in front on Henrietta Street 50 fifty feet more or less and in depth from Boundary to Henrietta Street 250 two hundred & fifty feet more or less, butting and bounding to the north on Henrietta Street to the East on lands of Richard Shea, to the South on Boundary Street and to the West on lands belonging to [blank] on Said lot is a Small old Wooden House.
