Around 1989 we spent the weekend in Washington. I wanted to see the Memorial, since I was blessed to come home alive
after being in an air-conditioned computer installation, U.S. Army Depot, in Cam Ranh Bay in 1969-70.
It was a cold fall day. As my family watched, I approached the dark granite wall and just wanted to touch the imposing stone to make some sort of contact with those that were lost. To my surprise, that dark wall was very warm and I felt an energy coming from it. We all understand the scientific explanation, but I know there was more to it.
I'll never forget that moment.
