Lemuel Reno and Edward Reno married Louisa Cannedy and Martha Elizabeth Cannedy,sisters.

Edward Reno ,son of John and Jamima Reno, married Louisa Jane Cannedy(1847-1912) daughter of William and Mahala Allen Cannedy. Their children: Lillie Mae Reno 1867-1949 married John Goacher. Minnie Reno married Charles Crane. Lester Reno 1869-1940 married Rosalee Backus. Clarence E. Reno 1879 married Mattie Ruyle. Oscar Reno died 1892.

Edward and Louisa Reno spent most of their married life in the Richwoods community, east of Roodhouse. Most of the family are buried in the Richwoods Cemetery.

Lemuel and Martha Elizabeth Reno spent their entire married life about 4 miles southwest of the village of Rockbridge. They are buried in Witt Cemetery.

The Reno Family were early settlers in Greene County, Illinois.
