Wilson announces his Fourteen Points

Jan. 8, 1918: President Wilson proclaims his Fourteen Points as a solution to post-WWI Europe.

In association with plans for the League of Nations formation, President Woodrow Wilson, on January 8, 1918, delivered a landmark speech, addressing the specific outcomes of World War One.  Many of the issues were later considered following the armistice in Nov. 1918, for rebuilding the devastated European continent.
