In the Name of God Amen the Nineteen day of February being very sick and Weak of Body but of perfect mind and Membrey thanks be to God for it is my Will and Desire that my Lawfull Debts should be paid out of my Movebol astate and the rest to be Equly Divided among my Lawfull heirs Eiton it is my Will and desire that my Wife should have the Yuce and previledge of my land and improvement while she remains a Widow but if she should Marry again it is my Will and desire that the land should be sold and my Wife to have her Lawfull part and the remainder of the Money to be Equely Devided amont my Children Except my Eldest son John I Allow to have Five pounds more than any of the rest Item it is my Will and Desire that my Lawfull Wife should be my Executor…
