Andrew was born the 6th Child to John F and Mary Swinko (From Poland, Naturalized in 1905) IN PA. Andy's Mother died when he was only 6 weeks old, having 5 other children he asked the Petlock couple to assist, they took Andy and later moved away, saying he was their son. Some years later, John and Stephen went and found him in Ojio and returned him to his natural family where he was then raised.
