When using Windows Vista or Windows 7 – 8, add https://www.fold3.com as a Trusted Site in Internet Explorer. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click on "Tools"
- "Internet Options"
- "Security" tab
- "Trusted Sites"
- "Sites" button
- Click "Add" to include https://www.fold3.com as a trusted site
