    Please try resetting your password by visiting the following page:

    After filling in the form, you will be sent an email from [email protected] which will contain a link to our "Change Password" page. You will be prompted to enter a new password. (Note: Passwords are case sensitive and must be at least 6 characters.) If you follow these steps, you will be signed in to your account with the new password.


    Windows Vista/Windows 7 + using Internet Explorer

    When using Windows Vista or Windows 7 – 8, add https://www.fold3.com as a Trusted Site in Internet Explorer. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. Click on "Tools"
    2. "Internet Options"
    3. "Security" tab
    4. "Trusted Sites"
    5. "Sites" button
    6. Click "Add" to include https://www.fold3.com as a trusted site
