This should be "William McCoy" not William M Coy. Mr. McCoy was an Independence, Missouri, Merchant and Banker.

This section is captioned as "Symington, Reek S.." It should be included with the R. S. Symington as identified on page 1. Robert Smith Symington was an Old School Presbyterian minister who served a churches in Audrain County, Missouri, as well as Independence, Kansas City, and Pleasant Hill, Missouri.
