Among the most interesting are the official report of the Annapolis Convention of September 1786, the event leading to Constitutional Convention; and the full text of "Bankson's Journal," an account containing the credentials of delegates to the convention found nowhere else, as well as various reports, resolutions, and legal acts.…More
