Stelo or Sant'elia?

There was a Di Cicco family from Sant'Elia Fiumerapido, Italy, that settled in Philadelphia, specifically on Carpenter Street. Sant'elia is sometimes in records as S'Elia, and I suspect that this "Stelo" is incorrect.

    The writer's final "a"s and final "o"s look so similar that its really hard to tell what he really intended to write. You know the situation so you are probably right.
