The first page of a 12 page letter from Thomas Jefferson to John Jay

Thomas Jefferson was the American government's man on the groud in Paris in July 1789 when the French people rose up against their rulers. In this 12-page letter, Jefferson describes what he witnessed in the 1st days of the French Revolution.
