342 East 110th St. is part of the "triplet" tenement building where my father was born and raised in East Harlem, N.Y. This is proof positive that this building actually existed in 1875.

    An address does not a building make. There could have been a completely different structure there with the same address, ie sometimes in NYC buildings are replaced.
