Hugh Junkins' service in the militia.

I need to do further research to determine if this is Hugh Junkins of Wheatfield Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania who arrived 1792 from County Antrim, Ireland. These dates certainly agree but I have been unaware of my Hugh's involvement.
