The Crew of the USS Lehigh

This is the crew of the the monitor USS Lehigh. She was in commision until 1904. Note the chicken and cat in the picture.

    Somewhere in this image perhaps is George Leland, the medal of honor winner, as well as William Williams and Thomas Irving. All received the medal of honor from the same incident.
