Letter from William Best, 6th TN Infantry, to father Calvin Best in Haywood County, TN, 1863

At least I think I have them pegged correctly. This very newsy four page letter was written just after the battle of Chickamauga and lists casualties. William also recounts news he has received from extended family members back in North Carolina. I hope family members find this highlight.
