Invalid Corps or VRC

Addison was later in the Invalid Corps which became known as the Veteran Reserve Corps. His brother Norval, 139th PVI, was killed at Fredericksburg. Addison's diary is in his pension file at NARA. His half-brother, John, was killed at Champion Hills.
