Hamburger Hill. One of the fiercest battles fought in Vietnam.
A soldier of the 101st Airborne Division on Hamburger Hill, in the A Shau Valley region of Vietnam. The battle started in May 1969 and lasted 10 days. The hill got its name from the intense fighting, but in the end, US troops took the hill.
