This is Franklin M. Walters of Hart Co GA Co H, 15th GA Vol Inf Reg`t He was captured on July 3rd 1863 during the Battle of Gettysburg PA and was sent to Ft McHenry at Baltimore MD then trfd to Pea Patch Island POW Camp. He was paroled after Wars encommented on this Spotlight. (01 Jul 2009)
