In 2000, i've found all surviving members of "Sweet Patootie" (B-17 42-31569 crash in my village in 1944, Damerey, France). I gave their adress and so they called each other (56 years later...)strong souvenirs! Daniel BON (i was born in 1963)

Last mission for this crew : 22 February 1944, mission to Aschersleben, in 42-38041 "Hell's Angels II" VK-D. Aircraft crashed at Irthling Borough, England following a mid-air collision with 42-31516 (from 384th BG) while assembling, was cut in two at the rear door position.
