She's buried with dignity and honors at the Arlington Cemetery with a 21 gun salute. It was beauty and a sight to behold. The soldiers performing the ceremony have such comradery that I saw a tear drop from one of them and I don't think he knew her personally, it is one of those things when a soldier is down or fallen or gone.

This is my oldest sister whom I miss so much. So young to have gone and departed this earth. I admired Ivory's level of intelligence and respected and looked up to her a lot. Honor roll student and when she went to join the service I wanted to go with her but I underage and momma and daddy won't sign for me to go. But when she enlisted though, I was right there with her. I love my daddy, he's what I would call a man's man because he served his country bravely and when it comes to a loving husband and supportive family man, he's second to none. They broke the mold when he was made.
