I believe this is Michael Fuller, from Warrensbush/Florida, Montgomery County, New York. He married Mary Ann Service/Serviss/Servoss, and filed for his pension on December 31, 1823, in Cortland County, New York. The application currently is with the Cortland County Historical Society. It was never submitted because the majority of his time was as a ranger (i.e. state troop) and not a Continential troop. In 1813, he purchased land in Cortland County from Robert Livingston, though the deed was not recorded until 1815. His grandson, Sidney, gives an account of his grandparents in "A Commemorative History of Pennsylvania: Clarion, Clearfield, and Jefferson Counties." His son, David Fuller (sometimes David S. Fuller), married Jane Smith (Stepfather Gen. Samuel Coe), and moved to Venango County, Pensylvania. ...more
