As I was told by 3 of Pop's siblings, none of them ever got to finish school due to the times, but some did get their GED equivalent,like Pop did.

I believe this was our Concord, CA neighbor; 3 kids: Michael, Daniel L., and Kimm E. Used to take mom, sis, and me to church before we moved. Married to Daniel Cox; divorced about 1974. Maiden name was HARDISTY.

Howard lived in the Greenleaf, Idaho area during the early to mid-1970's. I knew him through a relative-by-marriage that was a school pal. His middle name was Laverne and he was born in Sioux City, Iowa. Howard was adopted at age 3 by Ted and Irene Shorb. Birth mother, Vivian, said to be Irene's daughter from former marriage.

Ann worked alongside her daughters at their used bookstore when she was able to do so. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
