I am researching the WHITLEY/Wheatley family from Beaufort County,N.C.Arthur Whitley first appears in the 1790 census,but I don't know where he was before that.He is married to Sarah & has 8 children:Sarah,William,Arthur,John,Jesse,Mary,Ann & Thomas.
