I first met Trudy when she was washing dishes for Deseret Industries. She had diabetes which eventually caused her to go on dialysis.

Whenever we would visit Grandma, she would take out very delicious cookies that she had been baking. She had false teeth and would wear her long hair in a bun at the back of her head. When I see someone wearing her hair that way, I always call it a Granny Bun.
