Alvin Grelling was the only child of Albert H. Grelling and Jane Ann "Jenny" Russell. Jenny Russell is buried in unmarked grave next to her sister, Mrs. Janet (Russell) Sherwin, at Northend Cemetery, Barnesboro (now, Northern Cambria), Pennsylvania.

Charles F. Sheskey (also Scheski, Sheskie) married Mary Addie Wynn and they had one child, Laura Virginia. Charles was the youngest of five children born to Wilhelmina, nee.
