Arthur Milo Scutt, Jr. was my great uncle. He was the third child in a family of 6 boys and 1 girl. He became a very successful architect later in Kingsport, TN. Floyd Wilson Scutt, my grandfather, was his older brother. His father, Arthur Milo Scutt, Sr. is listed in the 1930 Census, but in Johnson City, TNcommented on this image. (15 Mar 2010)
