Major Donald L. Harrison was awarded several awards for "gallantry in Action" a Silver Star and "heroism while participating in aerial flight" a Distinguished Flying Cross. Unfortunately both awards were "awarded posthumously". A friend of mine has been wearing a MIA bracelet since Capt Donald Harrison was listed as Missing in Action. Mrs. Harriett Woods of Southern California, would like to return the MIA bracelet to Major Harrison's Next of Kin, if wanted. If you have any information, please contact www.inspectorT@earthlink.net.
