Rest in peace, brother........
Thank you for your service to our country, Jack....................you are not forgotten.......
Rest In Peace Brother,Thank You
Your sacrifice will not be forgotten,Semper Fi
Thank you Marine for your service to this great Nation and to our Corps
Standing here in front of the Wall
silently reading your name
solemnly I thank you one and all
Each of you different, yet the same
The list seems forever endless
but I remember your faces
you made the supreme sacrifice, I confess
as I walk slowly with measured paces
Each one of you answered the call
willingly or not, you gave your lives
Rest easy, my Brothers - heroes all
The Nation still survives
"War drew us from our homeland
In the sunlit springtime of our youth.
Those who did not come back alive remain
in perpetual springtime -- forever young --
And a part of them is with us always."

God Bless You

Sometimes I've seen your little brother and I think so much of you. Me and my fiancee went to the Wall this last 4th of July and I can't describe the feelings I had. I felt as if I could touch you and talk to you. But I know it's not possible. But your memory lives in my heart and never forgotten. Happy Birthday Brother. You are my hero. Me and my fiancee want you to be my best man as I asked her to be my wife with you as my witness at the Wall in front of your name inscribed on the Wall. You will always be in my thoughts and my fiancee's, Julie. Because I told her all my experiences in this Godforsaken war. She's the only one I've ever found that really understands. May we meet in Heaven again, my Brother, cause we served our time in Hell. Love you Brother. Me and Julie will always think of you. I left my dog tag and you a special tag that connects us forever just as the chain that holds them together will never be unbroken. Semper Fi, Lanny and Julie Monday, September 26, 2005
