Hugo Lawrenz, paternal grandparent, carved the punch bowl statue in front of the League of Nations building. I would very much like to obtain pictures and views of the punch bowl.

I am a German Immigrant...

| Bevsen West Germany

I have a goal of publishing the stories of my family and ancestors.

My Mother carried me, as an infant,  in a wicker hand basket as the allies bombed Germany.

My Father was a medical student at the time of my birth.

My Mother worked as a school teacher in Germany.  Women were forbidden in certain occupations during the reign of the fuhrer.

My childhood friends had a bakery, in which as a child, I would share feasts.  Mid day we would have combined breakfast and lunch, pastries, ham, butter, bread, juice.  In this way, we would put off hunger, a prevalent element of wartime Germany.  Often, my family would receive boxes of food from my relatives that were settled in the United States.

I am now of retirement age, and would like to promote and market onlline experiences and knowledge I have gained relating to personal and business experiences as an executive chef.

My grandfather, paternal, a stonemason, carved the punch bowl in front of the League of Nations in Geneva.  I appreciate any pictures or images that you may be able to submit to me, or directions for viewing of images of this punch bowl.

My grandfather that carved the punch bowl was a member of Cuxhaven, West Germany, stone masons.

Thanking you  in advance,

Deiddrich Lawrenz
